(SEHPC), Japan Anest Iwata and Kyoeishoji Co., Ltd., in order to introduce the Japan's advanced technology of Anest Iwata Corp, and the world-renowned "Anest Iwata" brand products, and to jointly develop the Chinese market. In the joint venture, SEHPC owns 40% of the share, while Japan Anest Iwata owns 57.5%, and Japan Kyoeishoji 2.5%
